450g carrots - sliced
1.5 onions  - sliced
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1.2 litres chicken stock
large bunch fresh coriander, roughly chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat the oil in a large pan, and add the onions and carrots
Cook for 5 mins untile starting soften.
Stir the ground coriander and season well for 1 minute.
add the chicken stock and bring to boil.
simmer until everything are tender.
Whizz with a hand blender. mush it.
Reheatin a clean pan stir in the fresh coriander and serve.
